St Dunstan's serves the catholic population in the whole of Central Woking as well as Horsell, Hook Heath, Mayford, St John's, Westfield, Kingfield, Old Woking, Mount Hermon, Maybury, most of Goldsworth Park, part of Sheerwater, Send and Ripley.

It serves the wider community as a source of love, hope and evangelisation.
